Attach Carabina

Attach carabina end to collar for walkies

For Off Leash Area

leave carabina end connected to the collar and disconnect the bungee handle, loop the rope around dog's neck back to carabina and attach desired length to black clip

Retrieve

To retrieve dog, pull rope from under dog's neck, gaining control and attach handle.
